Keep Kimberley Safe - Blue and Minnie Out -UPDATE

August 11th - Blue and Minnie were surrendered. August 25th, 9am HEARING FOR RESTITUTION. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR COMMENTS AND CARING. Our neighborhood is safer, because of this. You can still sign the petition, and it will be presented to the Judge on August 25th. The home still has at least one more dog in residence- pending review. At this time, expect the vicious dog sticker to be taken off. Furthermore, we can contact City Counsel to change the laws, so the next homeowner that has a dog biter - could be a misdemeanor- likely not to escalate to multiple dog bites again. UPDATE: COURT DATE FOR HEARING: August 11th, 9 am hearing. The two Dogs, will stay at the Oakland county shelter until the matter is resolved. The brown, third dog may still be at the house. Be safe.

Regarding two black labs, Blue and Minnie: After mutiple dog bite incidents, (three in the current suit, and two previous), with a pending criminal suit pending, Case no. GC17H1167, 1st Court time, July 25th, 2pm, so we the community of Kimberly, and surrounding Farmington Hills residents are asking these dogs to not be welcomed back to their home on Dundalk, and rather be rehomed. The residents have shown disregard for their neighbors, and no remorse, so that even if they and the dogs are trained and the owner, and have a fence, it does not guarentee compliance or safety.
