Change Racist Mascot in Pittsburgh, PA

North Hills school district uses the "Indian" mascot for their athletics team. This is not only generally a very racist logo, but made even more so by the fact that the area the school is located was once home to Shawnee and Ohio Valley Tribes, pushed out by white colonizers. The area has been fueled with racism for years, but now is time to make changes. North Hills should not be allowed to use racist iconography of Indigenous people in 2020 They never should have. Change the mascot.
