Demand that cameras be installled in all ESE Broward and Florida classrooms

My Son, Max Segelbaum, and six of his fellow classmates were subjected to abuse throughout the 2018-2019 school year at Pasadena Lakes Elementary. Max has autism and is unable to verbally communicate what was going on in the classroom and we therefore had no idea the horrors he encountered daily.

As a result of one parents actions we were able to hear what was occurring in the classroom. We are asking that cameras with audio and video capabilities be installed and monitored in all classrooms districtwide and state wide where students with disabilities may not be ale to advocate for themselves or rely on the protection of others. Cameras have been introduced successfully in other US states, under strict protocols governing access to footage and privacy.
