MAKE HIV TESTING AND TREATMENT COMPULSORY GLOBALLY

HIV testing is now compulsory in Zambia. President Edgar Lungu made the announcement at the inaugural HIV Testing, Counseling and Treatment Day on Tuesday, August 15th, 2017. This is the best strategy for managing and reducing the rate of HIV infection and should, therefore, be adopted worldwide for the eradication of New HIV Infections and minimization of the HIV patient viral load. everyone should petition their National government & the World Health Organization wherever they are to support this strategy through legislation and budgetary allocation. This strategy should be adopted Globally. Kindly mobilize as much support as possible from your fellow countrymen to sign this petition. All I am asking is for the entire human race to realize we have a responsibility to be our brother's keeper and respond by supporting the petition to make HIV Testing and Treatment Compulsory Worldwide whether you are HIV Positive, HIV Negative or your HIV status is currently unknown to you.
