Give women the equal right to be topless in public

It's a shame we live in a society that openly accepts the idea of men being topless in public, but outlaws a women from joining. Why should we seek to cover nurturing, life-giving papilla yet allow exposure of the useless protuberance found on men? It's time women for a new paradigm in public decency - one that will allow women the equal right to cool off in the summer, paint their chest for a game, or even out a game of shirts vs skins.
