Demand Apple Inc. take responsibility for their WIFI Conection on the new IPhone X

I have been using Apple products since the early 2000's and have been more than happy with every product until now.

I love the fact that Apple have one of the best technical support teams within the realm of consumer electronics. However, in regards to the WiFi problem that exists in the iPhone X, there has been no recognition of the problem let alone a solution.

I have taken my iPhone to the Apple store and they have denied that a problem exits. Even though my WiFi speed at times can be compared to the early days of dial up modem connections, when In reality I am connected to over 70mb fiber optic broadband. Yet still waiting over a minute for a 3min Video to load up.

Apple it is time for an admission of guilt for knowing about the problem and not being hands on with a solution. This would never had happened under Steve's watch.
