Women should be paid the same wage as men. Women should have the same opportunity in the career market as a man. The dignity of a woman should be considered important in conderation of life existence with respect as is equal to the dignity of a man. With all needs being considered physiological, safety, Love/belonging, Esteem, Self-Actualization. The constitution should protect all equally, the living wage should cover all needs of the people equally. Opportunity should be considered equally. We live in a changing world a life is valuable, each life equally should be considered, protected, respected so each one of us can work to make a better world. "Because it's the right thing to do".
