Change the recovery password system

Dear Google,

My petition starts with struggle when I saw many stories who tried recover password by regular form of remembering information. There are many people with retardiation, amnesia and other dieases which can be discriminate by the form of google trying to put out on some minorites of people who can't face the password recovery system because of their old age, mental fatigue and other symptoms which can destroy many photos and other things we store on g-mail account. Don't get me wrong I trying to have better product of G-mail when everybody and equality appear to people who trying recover their data. Many of us heard from staff "there is no other way". Let's make the other way and show them that there are possibility!
