Demand the End of Rejecting Human Rights!

Today, Governor Mike Pence of Indiana signed a law today that allows businesses to ban customers based on their sexual orientation, basing it off of religious freedoms and allowing business to refuse anyone, the LGBT community especially. Now, not only has he stomped on business rights, he has also stomped on human rights as well. Anybody can now openly throw any customers out -- florist, bakers, etc. against gay marriage, for example -- because of their sexual orientation if it's against their religious beliefs, just as we did with segregation years before.

It is an abuse over religious freedom forcing religious beliefs over others and it creates a hate crime against LGBT communities especially, a federal felony under 18 US Code § 249. It is a new division that we, as a country, cannot afford to begin again. It is one thing to individually refuse a couple because of beliefs politely, but another to openly allow a hate crime to continue.
