Justice for hartlepool Caucasian shepherd dog killed by police

Yesterday was a sad day for a German shepherd who had been tied to post and left, police were called also RSPCA were there, poor dog was terrified left next to train line, police said he was dangerous but he was alone and scared,sad thing about this was police choose to shoot him even though a rescue was on way with a dart gun to sedated the poor lad RSPCA gave the go ahead to end his life. Please help make awareness that this is wrong and the rspca didn't give the poor chance,rescue were on way no need, poor dog didn't have a voice but we do, am staying in the boundaries of the law doing a petition. Rip big guy.
