Demand Congress end Corporate firings of employees for using health care and other provided benefits

    Major companies offer health insurance, vacation, etc to employees as benefits. If an employee unexpectedly needs to use insurances or time off through circumstances beyond their control, corporate boards often select these employees for termination and often make up reasons to do so to hide the real reason. Companies from big tech like Microsoft to retailers like Walmart,Home Depot,Lowes,Harbor Freight,Kohl's etc etc use these tactics frequently. Congress needs to make it illegal and if caught companies fined heavily and/or criminal consequences against those executives that do it. Many times such employees have conditions covered by ADA that these companies are targeting such individuals for.
