Require the Senate President Pro Tempore to be the Leader of the Senate

I am concerned that Senator Mitch McConnel has been obstructing the will of the people by not putting bills on the floor to vote. McConnell is the "Leader of the Senate". That position does not exist in the Constitution. The constitution names the top Senate position the President Pro Tempore. Currently, the President Pro tempore of the Senate is fourth in line to the Presidency following the Speaker of the House, the Vice President and the President.
Contact the Senators from your state and demand the "Leader who controls what bills go to the floor be the Constitutionally named President Pro Tempore. Senator Charles Grassley has been nominated for that position.
