Prosecute Rusty's Killer to the full extent! Animal Cruelty is a Felony.

This is definitely important because this dog was a member of the family to everyone in that neighborhood. He wasn't aggressive and wasn't an annoyance. He stood no chance against the one he could never hurt because he looked up to him to care for him. How insane is a man to beat and kill his own pet? Animals do not understand this klind of behavior. It sickens me to know that someone could be so heartless and evil. If he can do this to a poor defenseless dog, who's to say he wouldn't do it to a child? He needs to be put away for a very long time or deserves to be put to death. He is insane and should not be allowed to walk the streets freely in society. He is a danger to the animal community as well as the people community.

Hello DPD D. Yu. I have created a petition to make sure Efron Martinez gets the maximum sentence for such a horrific crime that he has commited. It's a known fact in this case that he in fact comitted the crime of animal cruelty and should be prosecuted for what he has done. I have provided to you over 250 votes in favor of maximum sentence. These signatures are from various places all over the world. It's apparent this case has disturbed people from all parts of the globe.
