Help me shut down this poor excuse of a business

There have been 2 times that I know of for sure where a couple of my friends have been very disrespected and the first time this business should have been hit with an assault for the owner laying his hands on a customer. He (the customer) was not being beligerant and/or aggressive in any way what so ever, he was on his way out of the bar and grill on his own when the owner pushed the customer out of the bar 3 times which was not necessary. However it was the customer that was ordered to stay away from the business (which he did) the second time they were asked to leave again and charged for food and drinks that they did not get to eat or drink or even take home, this business even banned an 11 year old and they threatened this family that the owners will call the police when this family asked to take some things off the bill when they were not allowed to take the food that they ordered with them.. Please help me shut this place down..
