In the event President Biden does not finish his term the people demand an emergency election.

Joe Biden is not in good shape. Everyone should be very concerned with President Biden's health. Our country seems pearched atop a very precarious cliff and something happening to POTUS now would cause an even greater tear in the social fabric of our society as a result of the proceedings laid out in the constitution. This is a true constitutional emergency! The process laid out by the constitution would cause much worse division and hate between the parties. This petition to the Biden Administration asks that in the event President Biden is unable to finish his term an emergency election will be held managed by the party leaders of both sides, and equal representation on any committee created for this purpose. This would create a unifying narrative EVERYONE would be part of and hopefully people would learn from this and remember in the future how we REALLY saved democracy!
