Stop the right to bear arms!

The second amendment of the United States constitution reads: " A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." I believe "we the people" are living in a new era. Our right to bear arms is killing children to elderly. "We the people " need to stop gun violence and to do we need new regulated laws on guns. When the constitution was formed there was no such thing as a proper military force or police, owning a gun then was reasonable for protection. Today citizens have soliders who fight for their freedoms and police protecting the streets. "We the people" should give our right to bear arms up, because the human mind functions in so many different ways there is no way we can tell what every person will do with the gun they own. Our "we the people" going to continue to let school shoot outs happen killing innocents. A person without a sound mind is able to easily get their hands on a gun and that should be deemed unconstitutional. I propose to remove the right of bear arms from the constitution for the safety of all who live in America. The constitution has lasted so long because it can be interpreted and amended. Amending the right to bear arms will help keep our sons and daughters from being injured or dying from guns.
