Stop the Proliferation of Racism

Dear Sirs,
     We the undersigned take issue with your recent remarks indicating that those of us exercising our right of freedom of speech, vis-à-vis, voicing our opposition to the policies of President Obama, is an act of racism.  Your comments are inflammatory and an insult to the American people.  Your positions have afforded you celebrity status, wealth and an audience most Americans don't have access to.  In both cases, these perks are a result of fans and supporters of both races, however, you now feel the freedom to pass judgment on those who hold opposing political opinions as racists.  You gentlemen owe the American people an apology and we respectfully ask that you retract these statements immediately.
       We sincerely thank you for taking the time to read this letter and look forward to your response.
