Basically, a law named "Protecting the Privacy of Customers of Broadband and Other Telecommunications Services" protects your information from being sold or given away by companies to outside forces. However, S.J. Res 34 would remove this law and leave you unprotected. Your information could be put up in an auction and be sold to the highest bidder. Our nations Representatives could very well be blackmailed with their search history, or emails, even private information on their/your private life could be sold if used on the companies site that's selling your information. American citizens are promised that of Privacy and Security in our Constitution. This is what our troops fight and die for every day. We must come together as a nation no Republicans or Democrats but as Americans to stop this bill from passing.
