Rovey Farm Estates HOA Board of Directors,
Our CC&R's clearly state that there is ONE VOTE for each property owned.
It has also become necessary to change the By-Laws regarding two people from the same owned property to sit on the same subcommitte. Currently, there are two people from the same owned property that have 50% of the voting power when it comes to design and review. These two people have been on the HOA Board of Directors for over 5 years and have had control of everything, including what changes you make to your property.
By dominating the HOA and the Board of Directors, this couple has created a "Houses on the Hill" mentality between the ever-so-awesome Gated Community and the minions in the other grove communities. We are one neighborhood!!! It's time for this couple to step down from the Board.
This petition is created to remove the current sitting President and Secretary from the Board of Directors without cause as per the By-Laws.
It is time for change in the neighborhood.
