Speak out against the reintroduction of bullfighting in Bogota

Two years ago the mayor of Bogota stopped bullfights and closed the bullfighting arena.  Recently the Constitutional Court ruled that this move denied artistic expression.  There is nothing artistic in torturing an animal. Please sign the petition asking that bullfights are not reintroduced. Say no to this cruelty agaist a defenceless animal.
