End the Baker Act

The Baker Act strips people of their natural born rights. Placing someone in a facility involuntarily and keeping them confined and away from the world is unlawful. People who have mental health problems or anger issues have to decide if they want help or not but forcing someone to go to a facility that is like a prison will not help anyone. These mental health facilities force you to sit through therapy, people will say anything to those therapists to get out. Therapy is supposed to be a safe place where you can talk about how you feel comfortably, it's not a place where you should be forced to talk to someone. Most of the workers in these facilities are not qualified and do not have the patience to help people with mental health issues. They neglect and they ignore. These are only a few of the reasons why the Baker Act needs to be put to an end.
