END CUMULATIVE VOTING

Cumulative voting has been an option in many start uo developments. Its purpose was to give a small minority of owners more power against the owner developer who owned many units that were not sold, without cumulative voting in early startups the small owner had little or no say in the formation of the development.
Every one at Channel Reef should have only one vote per unit owned.
