Many of Delta's flights going to Ghana are from the US, yet the planes to and from Ghana are not in the best condition and there have been numerous complaints of poor service on flights to and from Ghana.
This was Delta's commitment to African Countries in 2006:
"Let’s show our African customers that they will get
real value for their money in terms of onboard service
and amenities by showing them the best that Delta
has to offer."
Delta has not delivered their promise, and we implore Delta to fix this problem.
Ghana deserves better planes and better service!
