Demanding equal rights to teachers!

My teacher, Mr. Williams, was fired for calling another student a name. The problem with this is, the school didn't give my teacher a second chance unlike, to multiple students. For example, A girl in my school-which will not be named do to certain reasons- called another girl a harmful name and quote, "go kill yourself," to her, and she was supposed to be suspended, but she actually was let back into the school, and let her finish her summer school credit. What i want to happen is, for my teacher to be given a second chance and be rehired to continue the school year.
