Demand a two-test COVID-19 system for incoming travelers!

Incoming travelers to the State of Hawaii should be required to take a COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior and at some point after arriving into the state. Travelers should remain quarantined until the second test has been confirmed negative. This system will help mitigate the risk of visitors spreading the virus within our community. The current proposed guideline by Lt. Gov. Green does not address the potential of a traveler contracting the virus after that initial test, as someone could become infected within 72 hours before traveling to the Islands.
