21 year old deaf and blind dog killed by officer in Collingwood, Ontario

This officer repeatedly ran over this poor dog named Merrick who was deaf and blind. The officer was called to the neighborhood because someone had mistakenly reported a disoriented Coyote. The elderly dog was actually a German Shepherd Mix which didn't run from the cruiser when he approached so instead of getting out to check he repeatedly ran her over and then got out and shot her because he said she was aggressive. That is so ridiculous if he had gotten out to check he would of saw it was a dog not a coyote. I'm starting this because he should be held accountable for his actions. There is a very disturbing video that was reported by Simcoe News. Merrimack's owner is Karen Sutherland. We need this for Merrick and Karen. This is a crime of cruelty and he needs to be punished.
