My 3 year old sons Cat got out and was picked up by the local police, he was sent to the animal hospital for 5 days and was then transferred to the humane society where he was put up for adoption the next day. There was never a picture or any type of description posted or made visible to the public during the 5 day holding period. We called the animal hospital on the same day Mac was being transferred to The Humane Society and was told they just sent a cat that matched Macs description to the Woodbury Humane Society and was told to contact them. We called and were told there is no way that was our cat because it was one of their cats...? We found out a week later, from the Animal control officer that transferred Mac and the animal intake employee at the humane society, it was Mac. The humane society refuses to contact the family that adopted our Cat. Help us bring him home!
