Compulsory anti rabies injections..

My hubby haS been travelling to Morocco for the last 22 years. Sadly August last year he was bitten by a rabid cat. Including 6 others. A child sadly past away including my hubby. Perhaps more. No one touched the cat it was crazy and bitten 7 people with in 30 minutes. It was not none untill October of last year that the little boy who died sadly died from rabies. Which is when we found out. Sadly my hubby past away in November last year. Leaving me his wife and 2 young children. We had mentioned years ago about having anti rabies treatment in which we was told you don't need them for Morocco. I want it compulsory that every one who travels to high risk country's have to have a course of anti rabies. And should be available in every hospital in UK. Plus in high risk country's. Please I don't want no other family's going through what we have been through.
