Demand SWEEPING change at Alice, Texas animal control !

The Alice Animal control facility, unfortunately like many others in the United States, has been plagued by abuse and corruption. From December 2015 to Mid May of 2016, no one was allowed inside the facility. This CANNOT be tolerated; it's horrific and inhumane. With your help, WE can make sure that there is transparency within the facility for people to visit like any shelter, to check living conditions, photograph said conditions and adopt. There must be a ZERO TOLERANCE policy within the shelter concerning abuse. WE must fight for these animals!
