We Demand Englands Voice Is Heard, now!

To let England have a referendum on an English parliment so that England can have its voice heard. Scotland has had three referendums on its constitutional futuer since 1979,
England has to be able to elect a devolved goverment and to elect a first minster who fouses on the issues faceing England.
This gives England a chance to reconnect with the power and wonder of democracy, to see an entire nation debate and debate again its culture, its identity and every single aspect of its future.
