Because loyal listeners who have been tuning in for decades are being treated like idiots to incomplete storylines and plots left hanging in the breeze never to be mentioned again and to be treated with disdain and contempt as if they have the total recall of a gnat. Crucial missing characters for months on end and the ones we knew and loved completely transplanted into alien beings.
