Ban the Grand National for Horses Sake

Every year horses are killed or seriously injured in the Grand National race which consists of a 4 mile track. Normally 40 horses are entered every year, and with these large numbers and 30 fences to jump, some of which are 5ft 2 in in heght, no wonder there are as many accidents as there are. The dated three-day Grand National meeting sees an average of three equine fatalities each year, which are three deaths for nothing. 22 horses have died since 1984. Is it fair to force horses to race to their death for the enjoyment of humans?
These cruel, and out dated event must stop. Please sign to show your support to end this rediculious race.
