Boycott Idaho for their plan to kill wolves

The Idaho Department of Fish and Game has confirmed the state is moving forward with plans to have the federal Wildlife Services agency kill two thirds of the wolves in the Lolo District of Clearwater National Forest.  They plan to shoot the wolves from the air in an effort to boost elk populations, but this plan has no scientific basis and it has been shown that killing wolves will not increase elk populations. They plan to leave only a few wolves alive.  State and Federal tax dollars will be used for the aerial hunts and this money could be used for much better purposes.
This is not sound science and a waste of tax money that could be better spent.  I encourage everyone to contact the Governor of Idaho via email on his website or call his office at (208) 334-2100.  Until Idaho becomes more responsible in their forest management, tell the Governor you will boycott their state and any businesses from their state.
Dear Governor,
Your state is planning to kill wolves from the air.  Your plan has no scientific backing and uses state and Federal tax dollars that could be used elsewhere.  Until your state stops the killing and manages your forests in a responsible way, I will not visit your state or do business with any companies based in your state.
Thank you.
