Induct the Moody Blues into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!

The Moody Blues are one of the greatest rock & roll bands of all times. They had a string of hits from the mid 1960s through the early 1980s, including "Nights in White Satin," "I'm Just a Singer (in a Rock & Roll Band)" and "The Story in Your Eyes." They have been eligible for induction since 1990, and have five qualifications. It is high time that they received this great honor!

We the undersigned petition the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to induct the Moody Blues. 
The Moody Blues have been a formidable force in the world of Rock and Roll for 45 years. Their musical accomplishments both as a group and as solo and collaborative artists are numerous and unforgettable. Each member, both past and present, have exhibited enormous talent and professionalism.The Moody Blues have millions of fans throughout the world and the numbers grow as each day passes by. They are more than worthy of an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. It is long, long overdue!
