Stop Suffocating Pilots: Ground the F-22 Raptor Jets!

  • af: C. McCain
  • mottagare: Michael B. Donley, Secretary of the Air Force

UPDATE: The Pentagon is now limiting the distance F-22's can fly until the oxygen safety issue is repaired. Keep signing the petition until the glitch no longer exists at all!

F-22 Raptor Fighter Jets have a mysterious malfunction that is cutting off oxygen for its pilots. Despite this, the Air Force is refusing to ground the F-22’s and threaten any pilot who refuses to fly them with career destruction!

At least 25 cases of Hypoxia have been reported by F-22 Pilots. Hypoxia results from a lack of oxygen that leads rapidly to unconsciousness.  One pilot, Captain Jeff Haney, was killed when a lack of oxygen caused him to pass out and crash! But the Air Force will not accept responsibility for Haney’s death and continue to order Pilots to fly these potential death traps!

This Billion Dollar Fleet of F-22 Raptors have never been used for combat purposes and there is no immediate need to do so!

Please demand the grounding of F-22 Raptors until the unknown malfunction is corrected!

Dear Secretary Donley,

No amount of money paid to a defense contractor is worth the life of even one human being. F22’s are not necessary for combat at this time and there is no justification to continue to put the F22’s in the air until the deadly glitch is discovered and repaired!

Please put the safety of America’s Air Force Pilots before monetary concerns! Ground the F22 Raptor Jets and protect the lives of the Pilots and the innocent civilian population on the ground below them.

Sincerely,
