Save the Albany County Nursing Home from privatizing

Our government has a duty to protect our elderly citizens of Albany county, If and /or when the time comes that an elderly citizen of Albany county needs  24 hour nursing care they must have the county nursing home as their safety net if they can not afford to pay at a private nursing facility.  If the elderly citizen can not afford the private nursing home or are not "economically viable"they will be shipped out of state to another nursing home that is willing to accept them, they will be seperated from their families and loved ones.
