Rename "Columbus Day" holiday to "Multi-Cultural Celebration Day"

Currently, both the title of Columbus Day and Indigenous Peoples Day contribute to societal division. Some want to keep the traditional name and others want the holiday to teach history.  Let's choose a 3rd way. Columbus Day began as a way to protect minorities, both racial and religious, by showing all they contribute to our society. Renaming it to Multi-Cultural Celebration Day will take us back to the original intent.
