Freedom To One's Own Health

Students! You are paying to attend Brigham Young University, as well as live here in the town of Rexburg. The Hart gym is one a the facilities provided to help us students maintain our physical health and well being. Profiting off of our use of this facility is the University! Limiting the use of the facility to those who purchase and wear their workout clothing! This petition's purpose is to:

1. Allow students the use of all physical facilities, as long as their attire is modest and follows the teachings of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints.

2. Save us, the students, money by ending the necessary purchase of university required clothing.

3. Help students better their physical health with the motivation of a more free and less judging facility to utilize.
