Delay the Los Prados Restaurant and Bar renovation until 2016!

The Los Prados restaurant and bar renovation project scheduled for the overseed period in September 2015 is being rushed through without input from homeowners and no expectation of increased revenue. Several of the changes that we have heard about are not consistent with what many of the people that support our restaurant and bar on a daily basis would like.

Renovation is always nice but since it doesn't have any effect on the revenue stream Los Prados homeowners should have more input on the project before it is approved. If you believe as I and many homeowners do regarding the project please sign the petition and encourage your like minded friends to do the same.
