Demand to close down LUONGS nail salon!

This nail salon should not be open. The staff are rude, have been so aggressive towards customers, lock the doors of the Salon so you can't leave until you pay, they have dirty hands and most of all the staff cut and graze people's fingers with the instruments used. People have asked me to make a petition for this nail salon to be shut down.
