Give Home Depot supervisors better protection from dishonest managers!

Home Depot maintains a proprietary performance database in which notes can be put in about supervisors and they are not informed about it or given copies. This note system can easily be manipulated by salaried management to include total falsehoods to which supervisors have no recourse and could be set up for termination.This is not the same way hourly employees are treated. Supervisors are also hourly employees not subject to the same policies and protections afforded to line employees. Stop managers from making up infractions which allow them to easily terminate good people
