Add a skatepark, remove hundreds of youth from the streets!!

As a native of New York City I have seen first hand how the streets engulf our youth and place them on a path of destruction. When I was a child there was a skatepark built about 5 blocks from where I lived. That project took me from an unsuccessful, engulfed statistic to a well educated member of our military. Panama City could use a skatepark to give our youth an environment where camaraderie and adventure are the basis for which we meet. Skate!!!
