end the use of lorazepam in patients with cirrhosis of the liver

my mother passed away in the hospital after a battle with cirrhosis of the liver. she was only 59 years old. after doing some research I realized that my mother was given a drug called lorazepam . this drug is known and used for anxiety, and should not be given to anyone with kidney or liver problems, it causes respiratory depression and has caused respiratory failure. this drug has also caused renal dysfunction. I feel as if my mother went through horrible pain and suffering. by you sighning this petition it may help me get one step closer not not letting this happen again. thank you.
