STOP THE SLAVE LIKE MENTALITY AND STRESSFUL BECOMINGS

I’ve had 3 parents work through AT&T and all day the same thing... stressful, micromanaging adults, doesn’t care about customers or their own staff and workers. I’ve had many parent friends and reviews online say the exact same thing. This needs to come to a stop immediately. Customers shouldn’t have problems with systems they pay for. Workers shouldn’t have this big of a problem for a place they work for. I believe that a workplace is made up of the individuals. Not the rules set by a company. At&t’s Fear like rules and tactics are horrible and need to be looked at. Immediately. This needs to be know and talked about. Thank you.
