Demand LGBTQ+ Representation in Disney Films

For years the LGBTQ+ community has been wanting representation in Media, such as films and television. We’ve slowly been getting that representation, but Disney has yet to give this community any representation yet. Most likely it’s due to fear of backlash, but if we get enough signatures we could get Disney’s attention and finally have LGBTQ+ representation in a Disney film. This would be amazing progress for the community, as well as a reminder that the LGBTQ+ community is valid and is noticed by society as normal. This community deserves representation because it shows LGBT youth as well as older LGBT people that they matter in this society and the world is starting to accept for who they are.
