Increase possibly life saving cell phone service in Garrapata State Park

Recently a young man named Braxton Stuntz was hiking with friends in Garrapata State Park, when he fell off a cliff down onto a rocky beach below. He had appeared to be ok after the fall but tragically the rushing waves pulled Braxton out to sea where he eventually drowned. Upon seeing the waves take Braxton his friends attempted to reach emergency services via cell phones but they had absolutely no cell service in that area. It was only after searching for some time that they were able to get cell service and call 911. Those precious lost minutes could have been the difference between Braxton being rescued instead of losing his life.
