South By Southwest Unfair Practices Towards Minorities

Earlier this year, I was told that I could not volunteer for South by Southwest because of various issues, however those issues in particular and many other issues were also placed against other SXSW volunteers of color by SXSW in the form of unorganized scheduling practices , purposeful traffic issues and underline discrimination towards other minorities who are either volunteering or performing. South by Southwest also had a lack of security when it came to the musicial artists and people of color who wanted successfully enjoy the various events surrounding South by Southwest, however they were unable because of inaccurate crowd control, unexpected cancellations of musical artists of color on the nights that were to perform, late time notifications, venue discrimination for artists and SXSW and club patrons of color and racist police practices. It's time to take a stand against this organization and to ask dad south by Southwest, cancel all of their events here in Austin, Texas and proceed to moving to Dallas, Texas. Starting with South by Southwest 2019 it's time to take a stand and tell the organizers that will not discriminate against their volunteers, artists/musicians and other people of color anymore. This is not about revenge towards my circumstances. Overwhelming and caring concern for people of colour to enjoy 30 integrate events without any notion of violence or discrimination by the owners of this organization and, of course, the city of Austin, which is also responsible for the discrimination and racism towards people of color. Enough is enough. it's time for south by Southwest to move on to Dallas as the original planned
