Demand that Boone County Law Enforcement Does Their Job Now!

I am not sure how to pack what I need to say into so few words, but I will try.
My son Jesse Leopold, case is classified as open, Missing and Endangered. This means that law enforcement should be actively looking for him, following up on leads and missing evidence or what’s been found thus far. Jesse has been missing since October 13, 2016.
To date, his body has not been found. He has just vanished!
My community screams this fact to me and to local enforcement. Local enforcement has delayed, fumbled and disrespectfully dismissed most statement givers.
In this area people from all walks of life say that Boone Iowa law enforcement is corrupt.
For example, there was a new slab poured shortly after Jesse went missing. After gaining permission from the new owners, a scan was done on the slab. There were anonomilies. This was done November 7 2018. They said they would get back to me. Here it is, December 12 2018 and I have heard nothing.
I have repeatedly have asked to speak to the Boone County Attorney and have received no replies. The Iowa Ombudsman said the Iowa Attorney General has no interest in these matters. A 1600 signature petition to the Attorney General was replied to with ( Take it to the Boone County Attorney.)
Around and around it goes!
Please sign my petition for the Governor of Iowa, Kim Reynolds, to review how my sons case has been handled as well as the allegations of alleged corruption within our local law enforcement agencies.
