Justice for Randall Walker

On Aug 19th Randal Walker was found guilty of sexual crimes in Ravalli County. The family has been involved in a heated custody issue and this is the results of father not obtaining custody of his daughter. Evidence was presented at trial, but the most significant evidence was not allowed in. Randall has taken and passed a Polygraph test and had an independent psycho sexual evaluation that states he is not a threat to his community. The judge was aware of these facts that were not allowed in court and has released Randall.

This petition will be forwarded to Judge Langton with the hopes that he will consider all of the evidence that was produced in this case when it is time for sentencing. This petition will signify the supporters for Randall Walker and pray for the evidence to be heard in its entirety.
