Demand for mail to be delivered to our residence

Because of one disruptive customer of the Glenbush st. Our mail has been stopped, and we have to go pick up our mail at the postal annex which is an inconvenience for our whole neighborhood my concern is that no disclosure was given to us as to when this would start , and nothing is being said about when it will end. The postal service needs to restart delivery to our home address and discontinue the service to the patron who has been a combative customer.
